We have two, very large one-bedroom apartments. They are both situated on ground-floor level overlooking pool and gardens and both offer 60 sq.m. of floor space, separate living space and kitchen. 

Both apartments are entered through the outside patio/seating area which leads into a spacious sitting/living room equipped with sofa, t.v. shelving etc. A dividing door leads onto a kitchen equipped with:

  • Stove                                      
  • Microwave
  • Pans
  • Dishes and Utensils
  • Refrigerator
  • Sink and drainer

A second dividing door leads onto a large en-suite bedroom equipped with A/C, double bed and side-tables, wardrobe and vanity unit. Separate shower room with heated shower, toilet and hand-basin.


  1. Low-Season: May, June, September to December 20th,1,000 bht per night inclusive of all utilities and breakfast. Monthly @ 18,000 bht plus electricity @ 7 bht per unit.
  2. High-Season: February, March, April, July and August, 1,300 bht per night monthly rate remains the same.
  3. Peak-Season: 20th December to 31st January, 1,700 bht per night. Monthly rate is not available during this period.
