Recently refurbished, upgraded and modernised along with our luxury suites, our Studio space offers first floor living with beautiful views from the large 12 sq.m.  balcony over pool, gardens and surrounding mountains.                                        

The apartment is a sizeable 32 sq.m. comprising a kitchen area with:

  • Kitchen sink & drainer
  • Under unit storage space

There is a spacious, fully equipped shower room with hot water shower, toilet and hand-basin. The main studio area contains:

  • Flat-screen t.v. and vanity area
  • Air conditioning 
  • Ceiling fan 

Floors are covered with cool, clean ceramic tiles. One of these apartments has a fibre-optic LAN cable that may be available on request. A table and chairs are provided for sitting on the balcony.



  1. Low-Season: May, June, September to December 20th,1,000 bht per night inclusive of all utilities and breakfast. Monthly @ 18,000 bht plus electricity @ 7 bht per unit for A/C use.
  2. High-Season: February, March, April, July and August, 1,300 bht per night monthly rate remains the same.
  3. Peak-Season: 20th December to 31st January, 1,700 bht per night. Monthly rate is not available during this period.
